Business: Auto Repair Services Platform (B2C & B2B)
Microservices platform behind a B2C and B2B auto-repair marketplace
As Principal Software Architect at Openbay, I architect and build the microservices infrastructure powering both the B2C consumer and B2B business auto repair platforms. Working directly with the CEO, I recommend, design, and deliver features that drive key business goals — integrating a modern TypeScript stack (Vue.js, NestJS) with a legacy Ruby on Rails monolith.
I proposed and built three systems that directly expanded the company's revenue opportunities: a Partnership Program System, a User Subscriptions System, and a Partner Portal UI — enabling partners to manage their own accounts, subscriptions, and vehicles, and submit service requests on behalf of their users.
