I'm a software engineering leader and solutions architect with 25+ years delivering complex web applications on time and within budget. My work spans eCommerce platforms, IoT device management, data science software, and enterprise microservices — across industries including auto repair, finance, real estate, broadcast media, and medical technology.

As an inclusive leader, I build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while staying hands-on with architecture and code. I leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery timelines, shipping projects faster at lower cost without sacrificing craftsmanship.

My Story

I've been building software since high school. For most of two decades I ran my own consultancy — Plus 3 Interactive, LLC — architecting and shipping client platforms my own way: eCommerce networks, banking device systems, real-estate platforms, and my own products.

In 2017 I moved into the private sector, and in 2021 joined a startup as principal architect. In 2024 I returned to my independent roots — back to building for clients directly, now with an AI-accelerated delivery practice built on everything those 25 years taught me.
