One platform powering a 40+ site apartment-listing network
BostonPads runs one of the largest apartment-listing networks in the Boston area. I architected and built the platform behind it: a central listings engine, application management system, and custom middleware syncing listings, users, and residential metrics from multiple data sources — powering a network of more than 40 branded neighborhood real-estate sites.
The platform spanned more than eight coordinated applications — API, listings, users, residential metrics, reporting, and multiple consumer sites — all managed through the AMS I built.
